Great location within walking distance of the main street and bus station. The staff were attentive and offered great customer service. There was a lovely rooftop bar for relaxing in the evenings.

The air conditioning needs to be updated as it was very noisy and ineffective at cooling the room. The kitchen equipment was a bit sparse and could use some improvement.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the location was key with easy access to shops and transport. the free breakfast every morning was a great advantage that we enjoyed.

The staff had to let guests in and out which could be frustrating when we were in a rush. the luggage room was not secure despite there being a 24-hour reception and video surveillance.
